MBD (Municipal Bidding Documents)

The municipal equivalent of SBD forms, used specifically for municipal procurement. MBDs follow a similar structure to SBDs but are tailored to municipal supply chain management requirements under the MFMA. They include declarations, pricing schedules, and preference points claim forms specific to local government procurement.
