SARS Tax Compliance

A tax compliance status issued by the South African Revenue Service. A valid tax compliance certificate (or tax clearance pin) is mandatory for all government tenders. It confirms that the bidding company has no outstanding tax obligations. Tax compliance can be verified on the SARS eFiling portal and is linked to the CSD.
