Appointment of a panel of professional service providers for the provision of ad hoc professional town planning and related services for a period of three (3) years

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The 20 preference points will be allocated to the following as included in the bid document:

I.	Only Enterprises who are at least 51% Owned by Black People will be allocated (10 points); and

II.	The promotion of SMME’s by subcontracting at least 30% to the bidder who are EME/QSE (10 points).
