							Compulsory Briefing Session: Registration

The online/Virtual compulsory briefing session details are as follows:

1.	Bidders must register for a compulsory briefing session by submitting the necessary information to bidadmin@rtmc.co.za by 11 May 2026 at 14:00pm to be eligible to participate in the compulsory briefing and the bid process. 

The following information is required to register for a briefing session:

•	Company Name

•	CSD Registration number

•	Name and Surname of the Representative

2	Upon registration, a link will be shared with the bidders to enable them to participate in the stated virtual meeting.
