Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							This is a closed bid and bidding is limited to five (4) banks approved by the National Treasury as required by section 7(2) (a) of the Public Finance Management Act, Act 1 of 1999. Approved banks includes Absa Bank, First National Bank, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Investec (only for investments).
