Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The preference procedure for evaluation of responsive bid offers shall be the 80/20-point preference system.

- where 80 points will be allocated in respect of price

- 20 points will be allocated towards specific goals

- Note: All bids will be evaluated firstly on returnable compliance and functionality before the evaluation on 80/20-point system
