APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE LICENSING, SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE AND ENHANCEMENTS OF AN INTEGRATED MUNICIPAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ERP) COMPLIANT WITH mSCOA REGULATIONS AND NATIONAL TREASURY BUSINESS PROCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							•	Copy/ print Valid Tax Compliance status pin issued by SARS - Compulsory

•	Copy of Directors or Company Municipal rates accounts not older than three months and in arrears more than three months or a copy of a valid Lease Agreement or a stamped letter from a tribal authority if the company or its director/s is situated in an un-proclaimed area. – Compulsory  

•	Valid CSD summary report – Compulsory

•	All relevant forms must be completed and filled in full – Compulsory (MBD3.1, FORM OF OFFER, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS)
