Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							It is compulsory that an affirmation is provided  by a client to confirm that a service provider has conducted a similar project by completing the information required on Annexure 1. No points will be allocated for projects rated poor services performance and no points will be allocated if the information on Annexure 1 is not duly completed.
