APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT FORENSIC INVESTIGATION INTO PROCUREMENT MATTERS

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							•	The lead consultant must be in possession of CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) certification (attach valid proof).

•	The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in public‑sector forensic investigations, particularly SCM, PFMA, and PPPFA matters (attach company profile).

•	The lead consultant must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in public‑sector forensic investigations, particularly SCM, PFMA, and PPPFA matters (attach CVs/Resume).

	The bidder must provide valid proof of registration/membership with ACFE (Association for Certified Fraud Examiners).
