APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE TRAINING ON PUBLIC SECTOR MONITORING, EVALUATION, REPORTING AND LEARNING FOR MISA.

Mandatory Requirements
Service Provider Experience: Be accredited by the relevant accreditation body and provide a valid accreditation certificate or official letter.
Submit at least 3 signed reference letters (on clients' letterheads) from contactable clients.
The reference letters must confirm that the provider successfully delivered the required training within the last 5 years.

Facilitator Experience: Provide an abridged CV demonstrating experience in delivering the required training over the last 5 years. Have facilitated at least 3 relevant training projects within the last 5 years.
