Item 11: Proof of company registration with Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF)
Minimum Proof required
• Valid UIF certificate is replaced by UIF registration confirmation letter.
Item 13: Proof of individual firearm licence (for 10 special events response team) is replaced by
