• Signed and fully completed SBD forms (1;4;6.1)
• Fully completed pricing schedule
• Service Provider must provide a valid proof of registration with any Publishers Association.
• Only South African Rand Billing (ZAR) will be accepted by the Department.
NB. non-adherence to the above mandatory requirements will invalidate your submission.
