BID 8/2/2/334( 5CEPE/6CE OR HIGHER) TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BULK WATER SUPPLY LINE IN MIDVAAL LOCAL MUNICIPALITY ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS FROM DATE OF APPOINTMENT TO UNTIL JUNE 2024
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Pre-qualification criteria as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017:0
Tenderer's will be required in accordance to regulation n 4(1)(c)(i) to subcontract a minimum of 30% to an EME which is 51%
owned by black people.
The stipulated minimum threshold(s) for local production and content (refer to ANNEXURE A of SATS 1286:2011) for this bid are
enclosed in the tender document, MBD 6.2 Declaration of Local Content.
