Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Pre-qualification criteria as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017:
Only tenderer's who are Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME's) with a B-BBEE status level 1 are allowed to tender.
The stipulated minimum threshold(s) for local production and content (refer to ANNEXURE A of SATS 1286:2011) for this bid are enclosed in the tender document, MBD 6.2 Declaration of Local Content.
