2.7 PHASE 1: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS - Failure to comply with these requirements will invalidate your offer.
2.7.1 MANUFACTURER, SUPPLY AGREEMENT (DISTRIBUTION LETTER)
If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product(s) offered for this bid, bidders must provide written proof from
the manufacturer(s) that they have no objection to you offering their product(s) for this bid, and that if you are awarded this bid, they will continue to supply this product to you to enable you to comply with your contractual obligations towards the Department of Health and Wellness for the period indicated in the bid document.
