Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							1.  Attendance of a compulsory Briefing Session on 13 January 2025.

2.  The bid of any bidder who does not attend the compulsory briefing session will 

be disqualified as contemplated in paragraph 18.1.5. in the terms of reference document. 

3.  In the event that references are provided and, on being contacted, the provider 

of the reference does not corroborate the information provided in the reference 

letter the bid concerned may be disqualified.
