CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF KRANSPOORT COMPULSORY TRUCK STOP ON NATIONAL ROUTE N11 SECTION 10 BETWEEN KM 33.0 AND KM 38.0

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of . 1, 2, 3 or 4 and who is an EME or a QSE are eligible to tender.  

It is a requirement of this project that the tenderer sub-contract a minimum of 30% (thirty percent) of the work to Targeted Enterprises as defined in the Contract Data, unless the tenderer is an EME or QSE with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2, in which case there are no sub-contracting requirements.
