1. Tender documents must be purchased prior to the starting time of pre tender briefing meeting.
2. No tender documents will be issued at the pre tender briefing meeting and no site inspection meeting certificates will be issued at the pre tender briefing meeting.
3. Bidders who attend without a bid document will not be allowed to the briefing.
4. No late arrivals will be admitted to the pre tender briefing meeting.
5. Submission of a PDF copy of the completed bid tender document together with all supporting tender documents must be submitted on a readable compact disc together with the bid at close of tender.
6. Late submissions will not be accepted.
