SPECIFIC GOALS = 20 Points

EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are women = 5 Points

EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people = 15 Points

Bidders that fail to submit proof of specific goal as stipulated above will not be allocated points
