Tender Description

ENG 06/2021/22 – UPGRADING OF ROADS AND STORMWATER IN VARIOUS TOWNS FOR DEPARTMENT TECHNICAL SERVICES

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Only tenderers who satisfy the eligibility and responsiveness criteria stated in the Tender Conditions and Tender Data (Clause F.2.1) and Special Conditions (Clause F4.15) are eligible to submit tenders.  It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 4CE or higher.

All bids received shall be evaluated in terms of the Theewaterskloof Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy, read with the Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2017.  The 80/20 preference points system will be applicable.  Tenders will be evaluated in terms of price and preference.

The successful tenderer must also be registered on the Centralized Supplier Database (CSD). Tenderers can register on www.csd.gov.za.
