ESTABLISHMENT OF SECURITY ASSESSMENT SERVICES PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Draft Agreement is uploaded, and Bidders are required to note the following:

•	Page 10 of RFP 17/2022 SARS Main RFP Document, Table 8.1.5.1 Format and organisation of proposal, no. 5 of File 1: Technical 

        Proposal states “Signed General Conditions of Contract (GCC) - Draft agreement.

•	Bidders must note that SARS at its discretion decided that it will engage the winning bidder at the award stage of the tender and 

        therefore bidders are no longer required to submit the Draft agreement together with their bid proposal.
