FORMAL TENDER: TD 05/05/2026: APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE MANAGED MAINTENANCE TO THE FLEET OF OUDTSHOORN MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS ENDING 30 JUNE 2029.

The above formal tender will be evaluated and adjudicated in terms of the 80/20 Preference Point System prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (2022), and Oudtshoorn Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy. Further note, it is a prerequisite that all prospective service providers who are not yet registered on the Central Supplier Database to be registered.
