Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Bidders must meet Eligibility Criteria: Stage 1 of Evaluation - Human Resources and Competencies Required to Qualify as a Service Provider on this Bid
Stage 2 of Evaluation: Functionality Criteria - Meet 70% of total points of 100 points
SPECIFIC GOALS:
Youth = 4 Points; Women = 4 Points; Disability = 2 Points; Black Owned = 10 Points
Bidders that fail to submit proof of specific goal as stipulated will not be allocated points
