ICT/Technology training provider of a period of twenty-four (24) months [SITA registered IT vendors/service providers (RFB 1183 contract)]
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached,
• Fully completed and signed SBD4 must be attached, a false declaration will result in disqualification (par. 2.3 disclosure must align with subsection 2.3.1 and director‘s information on Central Supplier Database CSD)
• Fully completed and signed SBD6.1 must be attached
• Bidder/ s must submit the bid to the tender box to the address indicated below and on SBD1,
• Bidder/s must attach appointment letter in the SITA Transversal contract (RFB 1183/2022).
• Fully completed pricing schedule must be attached.
• Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached,
