Compulsory Requirements
1. Company Registration Documents (CIPC)
2. Companies must be registered on the CSD.
3. Valid COIDA or Letter good standing with the Department of Labour
4. Duly completed and signed SBD 1 Invitation to bid
5. Duly completed and signed SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure
6. Proof of Active CIDB registration – Grade 1GB or higher
7. Joint Venture Agreement signed by all parties (where JV is in use) and submit copies of company documentation for each party.
