							NB: Bidders must comply with Pre-Qualification criteria for Preferential Procurement to a minimum B-BBEE level contributor of 1 and 2 only. B-BBEE should be SANAS accredited or sworn affidavit should be obtainable from DTI. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification
