A compulsory briefing, discussion, questions, and answer session will be held. Only bids from those who attended the briefing will be considered for evaluation.

NB. Any persons that are more than fifteen (15) minutes late, will not be allowed to join the clarification meeting.
Sealed envelope endorsed “Q28-2022/23: OVERBERG DISTRICT INDEPENDENT SAFETY SURVEY”, must be placed in the Bid box at the Municipal Offices, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp, 7280 not later than 12:00 on Friday, 26 May 2023. Quotations will be opened in public thereafter.
