Preparation of Annual Financial Statements

Bidders to meet 70% out of 100 points on functionality stage 1 of evaluation with the following: Company Experience = 50 points; Expertise = 30 points; Methodology = 20 points SPECIFIC GOALS = 20 points with the following: EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are Women-Equity ownership = 5 points; EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are Youth - Enterprise (18 - 35) = 10 points EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people = 5 points
Bidder that fail to submit proof of specific goal as stipulated above will not be allocated points.
