Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Only tenders, who have a CIDB contractor grading of Grade 5GB (General Building) or higher are eligible to tender.  The evaluation of the tender will be carried out in three (3) phases:

Phase 1: Mandatory Requirements 

Phase 2: Functionality criteria - Minimum qualifying functionality threshold is 60 points out 100

Phase 3: Preferential Point System (80/20 Preferential Point System will be applied)
