Bidders with non-compliant with this Eligibility Criteria will be disqualified and not considered further: Bidder must be restricted to banks registered in terms of the Banks Act, 1990 (Act no. 94 of 1990 (Confirming certificate must be submitted)
Bidders to meet 70% out of total points on functionality: Technological Potential = 45 points; Presence within Elundini Local Municipality = 15; Relationship/ Account Executive Team = 20 points; Project Methodology = 20
Bidders to meet Specific goals: EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people = 20 points
