Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							In terms of Regulation 4 of the Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2017 which took effect on 1 April 2017 an organ of state may decide to apply pre-qualification criteria to advance certain designated groups.  For this bid only bidders with a B-BBEE Status Level 1 will be considered. Kindly note that the closing dat eof this tender has been extended from 21 January 2022 to the 28th of January 2022.
