MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached,
• Fully completed and signed SBD4
• Fully completed and signed SBD6.1 must be attached
• Bidder/ s must submit the RFQ to the tender box to address indicated below and on SBD1,
• Bidder/s must attach appointment letter in the SITA Transversal contract,
• Signed and fully completed Annexure (A) and the Pricing Schedule.
• Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Original Hardware Manufacturer (OHM)
Accreditation Bidders must provide the relevant OEM/OHM
