Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							 A COMPULSORY clarification meeting will be held at 9:00, on 2024-05-17, at Ottawa Community Hall, 51 Maharaj Road, Ottawa, Verulam (GPS: 29°40’14.38”S; 31°01’58.48”E), after which all tenderers will 

proceed to the site (GPS: 29°41’47”S, 31°04’13”E) for a brief site visit /inspection. The doors to the compulsory clarification meeting will be closed at 9:15 and no tenderers will be allowed to enter the venue
