							A compulsory briefing session will be held at the Mandela Bay Development Agency offices, Corner Lower Valley Road & South Union Street, Gqeberha, alternatively bidders can join via Microsoft teams on Wednesday, 13 August 2025 at 14h00 . The onus is on bidders to ensure that they arrive on time. No attendee(s) joining after 14:15 will be allowed to tender.
