The service provider must also submit proof of participating and achieving *satisfactory status for the proficiency testing program as accredited by SANAS, Ref: PTS0003, in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17043:2010 “General Requirement of Proficiency Testing Providers. * Satisfactory Status is achieved when ≥50% of z-scores are ≤2.
