PROVISION OF THE PORT ROAD UPGRADE AND REHABILITATION PHASE ONE: UPGRADE AND REHABILITATION OF URANIA, NEWARK, AND VENTURA CONCRETE ROADS WITHIN THE PORT OF RICHARDS BAY FOR A PERIOD OF 18 MONTHS.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Only tenderers who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are eligible to submit tenders: 

Stage One - Eligibility with regards to attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting

Stage Two - Eligibility in terms of the Construction Industry Development Board: 9CE class of construction work

Stage Three - Functionality: The minimum qualifying score for functionality is 60 points.

Stage Four – Price and Preference (10 points)
