PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENTS AND NOTICES IN THE MUNICIPAL AREA

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							•	Bidders to submit a proposal with their bid submission, as per terms of reference. 

•	Bidders must provide proof a minimum circulation figured of 500 newspapers per week, may include digital copies.   

•	Bidders must distribute the newspaper weekly, in all towns of the Swellendam Municipal area. 

•	Bidder must have a minimum of 6 months experience, schedule of work experience to be competed. 

•	The newspaper must be published in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
