Bid documents must be deposited in the bid box marked DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Main entrance of Department of Health and Wellness, Supply Chain Management Offices (M9 Building) on the premises of Karl Bremer Hospital c/o Mike Pienaar Boulevard & Frans Conradie Drive. The bid box is open Mondays to Fridays from 7 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays). All bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at the time of bid closing. Bidders already registered on the CSD must have confirmation of their registration AND ensure that their status is up to date prior to bidding by contacting www.csd.gov.za.
