Prior to the closing date of the bid, The Department was informed that an error was identified on the advertised WCBD 3.1 (pricing schedule).

This serves as notice that a replacement page (pricing schedule) was uploaded to the E-Tender Portal, which will now form part of the bid.

Attached, please find the bid document, with the replacement page.

Due to the above, the Department of Health and Wellness has opted to extend the closing date from 19 April 2024 to 03 May 2024.
