Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The bid documents must be downloaded or purchased and collected prior to the starting time of the Pre-	tender briefing meeting.  NO bid documents will be issued at the Pre-Tender meeting and no site 	inspection meeting certificates will be issued after the pre-tender meeting.  Bidders without the tender 	document will not be allowed to the pre-tender meeting.  No late bidders will be accepted to the pre-	tender meeting.
