One of the Directors of the Bidding entity must be registered as a Professional Planner with the South African Council of Planners. Non-attendance of the compulsory briefing session will lead to disqualification. The bidding entity must provide 10 x town planning approvals obtained from any Municipality within the Republic of South Africa and 10 x supporting Letters of appointment or Purchase Orders (POs).
