to appoint Service Providers to undertake the PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION FOR THE NEW PL6 PIPELINE BETWEEN JAMESON PARK TERMINAL AND AIRPORT DEPOT, INCLUDING ANCILLARY FACILITIES.
