Services from suitable qualified and experienced Professionals that will manage the relevant legislated submissions, analyses the gaps and where necessary, maximize the recovery of taxes from the revenue authorities for a period of three (3) years.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Bidders to meet 80% out of total points of 100 to proceed to Financial Evaluation: Company Experience = 55 Points; Expertise = 30 Points; Methodology = 15 Points SPECIFIC GOALS: Bidders to submit proof in order to get points as follows: 

EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people as per the following targeting strategy per bid

Youth-Enterprise = 5 points

Women- Equity = 5 points

Disability - Equity = 3 points

Black owned = 7 points
