							Bidders must be registered on National Treasury Supplier Database (CSD). Bidders must comply with pre-qualification criteria for BBBEE level 1 and 2 only. Functionality criteria: list of comparable projects of a value of more than R4 500 000.00 30%; list of key persons who will be involved with the project 30%; technical background 20%; adequate financial resource 20%z. minimum functionality score to qualify for further evaluation is 65%
