1. A complete copy of the attached SB 4 annexure is required
2. The attached data sheet declarations must be completed and submitted (Motor and compressor)
3. A datasheet outlining the brand specification offer must provided, the bid may be eliminated for technical evaluation if the above (2 and 3) are not submitted
