1. A completed copy of the attached SBD 4 annexure is required
2. The attached data sheet declarations must be completed and submitted (Motor and Compressor)
3. A datasheet outlining the brand specification offer must be provided, the bid may be eliminated for technical evaluation if the above (2 and 3) are not submitted
