Only those tenderers who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are eligible to submit tenders:
Stage One - Eligibility Criteria: Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting;
Stage Two - Pre-qualification criteria: Only EME’s or QSE’s with a stipulated minimum B-BBEE status level 2 contributor.
Stage Three – Eligibility Criteria for Local Production and Content
Stage four - Construction Industry Development Board with a 4GB / 4SO or higher class of construction work;
Stage Five – Functionality - minimum 60 points
