• Copy/ print Tax Compliance status pin issued by SARS - Compulsory
• Copy of current municipal account (not older than 3 months) or copy of Valid Lease Agreement or stamped letter from tribal authority if the company or its director is situated in an unproclaimed area)– Compulsory
• Valid CSD summary report – Compulsory
• All relevant forms must be completed and filled in full – Compulsory (MBD3.1, FORM OF OFFER, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS)
