Terms of reference for prospective service provider to bid for provision of resources for arrangement and description of archival records in Qonce archives for a period of twenty-four (24) months.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							1.	MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS 

	Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached,

	Fully completed and signed SBD4 must be attached, a false declaration will result in disqualification (par. 2.4 disclosure must align with subsection 2.4.1 and director‘s information on Central Supplier Database CSD)

	Fully completed and signed SBD6.1 must be attached

	The bidders must submit a fully costed proposal  for a period of twenty-four (24) months at minimum, covering  the scope of work and the deliverables.
