							The date for briefing session was not included on the RFP01 GPT (SBD1) the bidders who attended the briefing session don't  need to attend the second briefing session as they already got the compulsory briefing session certificates. Please be notified that the closing  date will be moved from the 17/11/2023 to 24/11/2023. the date for the second briefing session is 17/11/2023
